Mitchell Njeri leads the full product lifecycle of KRCS digital platforms from initial concept and stakeholder engagement to development, deployment, and continuous improvement. Her approach is grounded in listening: understanding the day-to-day needs of users, refining requirements, and translating them into systems that are practical, sustainable, and well-documented.
